Logis One Park Košice is a modern industrial complex designed for storage, distribution, production and assembly, and not only for the automotive industry. It is located in the cadastre of Valaliky village and is directly connected to the production plant of a renowned Swedish automotive company, thus creating an ideal environment for subcontracting services and business activities.

The complex includes warehouse-production buildings with complex transport and technical infrastructure available for lease for future users. The total area of the park, including infrastructure, is 79.30 hectares, making it one of the largest industrial areas in the region.
Stage one: functional solutions for modern industry
The first stage of construction will cover 480,300 m² and it will include the construction of ten production and logistics halls and a multifunctional building with catering facilities, shops and premises for various service providers. The total built-up area of this phase will focus on efficiency, sustainability and modern technology.

In addition to the industrial halls, the park will also include an administrative and multifunctional centre providing space for offices, shops and services. The comfort of employees and visitors will be enhanced by 483 parking spaces, which will guarantee convenient accessibility for all complex users.

Proximity to the two largest cities of eastern Slovakia – Košice and Prešov – constitutes a major advantage in terms of the availability of skilled workforce. The region has a number of universities that specialise in the humanities and technical fields, as well as vocational schools that raise specialists for industry, logistics and business services.
Logis One Park Košice is situated in a location with exceptionally good accessibility. Direct access to the I/17 road, the R2-R4 expressway and regional 3rd class roads provides fast connections to key logistics routes. Moreover, the proximity of the Haniska railway terminal and the possibility of connecting the park directly to the railway network allows for the efficient combination of road and rail transport.
Connection to new transport nodes
The logistics park will be directly connected with Valaliky centre, the newly built integrated passenger transport terminal, which will significantly improve accessibility for employees and business partners. At the same time, it is expected to be connected to the planned bypass of Šebastovce village, which will ease the traffic situation in the region.
Rail and air transport expansion
A new railway line will be created as part of the improvement of the transport infrastructure, which will connect to the strategic line Košice – Hidasnémeti – Budapest and thus strengthen the international transport of goods. At the same time, the Ministry of Transport plans a new air route from Košice to Göteborg and the renewal of an air link between Bratislava and Košice which will significantly expand air freight and passenger transport options.
