He specializes in development, acquisitions, transactions, and asset management, particularly in the industrial and logistics real estate segment. He currently serves as Commercial Director at Logis One, where he is responsible for business strategy, commercial agenda, and project portfolio development.
Since 2010, when he began working in commercial real estate, he has been involved in approximately 70 major transactions with a total area of more than 800,000 m² of leased space worth nearly €400 million.

Marijana is an experienced project manager with more than ten years of experience in real estate development and construction management. She focuses primarily on complex mixed-use projects, which she manages from the initial phase through to successful implementation and sale. Since 2013, she has been involved in more than 10 development projects, overseeing their entire life cycle – from land acquisition, due diligence, and permitting processes, through financial structuring, securing bank financing, and public procurement, to construction, marketing, and final sale. During this practice, she has worked closely with all major banks operating in the Croatian market. She has excellent organizational skills and a practical, solution-oriented approach. She is able to effectively manage multidisciplinary teams, communicate with suppliers, investors, architects, engineers, legal teams and authorities, while maintaining control over the budget, schedule and quality. Thanks to her solid education in economics and management, which she obtained at the Zagreb School of Economics and Management, and her extensive practical experience in the field of construction, she brings a combination of a systematic approach, flexibility, and an emphasis on professional results to projects.
He works at Logis One as Construction Director. After graduating from the Faculty of Civil Engineering at the Slovak University of Technology in Bratislava, he devoted himself fully to the construction industry, starting his career as an assistant site manager. He later worked as a project manager and chief site manager at INVEST. During more than 18 years of practice, he has led the implementation of several major development projects for clients from various sectors, both in Slovakia and abroad. His extensive experience and professional approach contribute significantly to the effective management of construction and the successful implementation of proposed solutions. He has completed projects with a total area of more than 200,000 m² and an estimated investment volume of approximately €350 million.

He currently serves as Development Director at Logis One, where he is responsible for strategic project growth, the preparation of new locations, and the management of investment processes.
Until February 2024, he served as CEO and interim CFO at CTP Invest Slovakia, where he led the company's market entry and expansion from zero to nearly 1 million m² of leasable space. Under his leadership, CTP gained a 21% share of the industrial real estate market and consistently invested more than €100 million annually in new development projects.
During his career, he has led or supervised projects worth more than €500 million covering an area of more than 1 million m², launched new business lines (e.g., energy), implemented ERP/CRM systems, and introduced BREEAM certification across portfolios. He has managed teams in finance, development, property management, and human resources.
Stanislav is a precise strategist focusing on leadership, team development, mergers and acquisitions, ESG, and the implementation of innovations, including energy solutions. He is a graduate of the Slovak University of Technology, holds an MBA from City University of Seattle, and an MBA in real estate from the University of Economics in Prague (VŠE).
