About the Project

The logistics complex Logis One Park Bratislava will be built near Bernolákovo, in a mixed industrial-residential zone with an area of 254,000 m². This modern complex is designed to provide efficient and flexible solutions for warehousing, distribution, light manufacturing and services.

High-capacity space for maximum efficiency

Three large-capacity logistics halls with a total usable area of 99,508.31 m² will be built within the project. Each hall will offer top technical parameters and the possibility of customising the space according to the specific requirements of the lessees.

Highly flexible space for rent

The location of Logis One Park Bratislava will be directly connected to the planned D1 – Triblavina motorway intersection, which will include a new separate exit from and entrance to the D1 motorway. This will significantly support logistics operations and the international distribution of goods.

Multimodal connection to European markets
