ESG

Logis One parks - energy, sustainability and ESG in one sophisticated solution.

Our buildings are heated and cooled without the direct combustion of fossil fuels. Rooftops are designed to accommodate photovoltaic panels, enabling on-site electricity generation for the buildings’ own consumption.

Electricity for our buildings is sourced through contracted suppliers, with its renewable origin verified by Guarantees of Origin. Our parks are also designed to accommodate battery energy storage systems, supporting smart energy management and grid stability.

Our buildings are designed and constructed to achieve a BREEAM Outstanding rating, the highest level of environmental performance certification. They also achieve an EPC Class A energy rating for both warehouse and office spaces, supporting low energy consumption and high operational efficiency.

Logis One Park Košice has achieved the highest BREEAM rating, Outstanding, at the design stage for all buildings (A–J), with an overall score of 95.7%. The project achieved full marks in the Management and Water categories (100%), and scores above 90% in Health & Wellbeing, Energy and Pollution.

Our project has been assessed against a range of climate scenarios, including extreme weather conditions, using the MSCI Climate Value-at-Risk (Climate VaR) methodology. The assessment helps us identify potential physical climate risks and incorporate appropriate resilience measures into the building design, reducing exposure to weather-related damage and operational disruptions. Climate adaptability, operational resilience and long-term preparedness are key principles of our approach.

Our buildings incorporate the features expected of modern industrial facilities, including smart LED lighting, high-performance heat pumps, highly reflective roofing, electric vehicle charging stations, skylights for natural daylight and high-speed doors for efficient loading operations. Every element is designed to meet today’s operational requirements while anticipating the needs of tomorrow.

We use certified low-emission materials (Eurofins Indoor Air Comfort GOLD). Combined with ventilation systems compliant with IAQ standards (EN 16798-1 and EN 16798-3) and sensor-based monitoring, these solutions ensure consistent indoor air quality across workspaces and safe conditions for stored goods.

We also incorporate rainwater harvesting and biodiversity-supporting landscaping across our developments.
